Diego!

Today we said good-bye to Diego from L.A, our Obama canvasser.   I am thankful that Diego, who stayed with us for four weeks, was such a cheerful, polite and helpful young man.  He walked throughout much of Pueblo, canvassing on the East and West Side, Bessemer, and Sunset Park and I'm happy to say, he met many nice people.  Even Republicans, during a tense political season in P-town, were cordial to Diego (who was all decked out in Obama gear), buying him lunch and fixing his car for free.  We'll miss you and take care on your journey!   Oh to be twenty-something again with a world of possibilities ahead!
